Location

Flagler Health is mostly remote, living in NYC is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work directly with the CEO and COO on a range of projects that are critical to the core operations and growth of the business.
• Manage high priority, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across various teams.  

Who You Are

• Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize partnership performance.
• Proven track record of success in managing complex projects, and initiatives.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines. 
• Have a backbone and are team oriented. Open to feedback, willing to learn and adapt.
• Skilled in Google Workspace & Notion for document creation and data analysis.
• Ability to use data analysis tools such as SQL, Data Bricks, Excel or Google Sheets for generating orderly reports and insights.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and familiarity with telehealth or digital health platforms is a plus.

What We’ll Give You

• Salary: $65,000-$90,000.
• You will learn a lot, very quickly.
• You’ll have a rare opportunity to work alongside our CEO, and co-founders to learn from industry and tech leaders with decades of experience.
